June AL!VE Academy The Volunteer Value Proposition: Capturing Numbers and Impact Presented by Dr. Sue Carter Kahl
Volunteers make a significant impact beyond their hours served, yet we tend to focus on volunteer numbers, hours, and hourly values. This session integrates research with practice to guide participants in identifying new ways to capture volunteer value. It provides a holistic approach to demonstrating volunteer impact by linking it to the organization’s mission and audiences. Participants will gain practical tools that help them craft a value proposition for volunteerism in their own organizations.
