Forms Builder

Similar to our survey module, the forms builder allows you to build a form with different field types. The forms that you create can be presented to the general public, so they can be filled out by members or non-members.

As users fill out the form, the information is stored, and can later be exported to a csv/Excel file. The forms can be used for public surveys, simplified event registrations, and more.
