This webinar has been rescheduled to March 22, 1 pm E, 10 am P.  

What if you got a call that 250 volunteers would like to come tomorrow and volunteer?  How about managing an international event lasting nearly two weeks?  Do you manage large groups of volunteers - all at once or over a longer period?  Many concepts apply to any program.  AL!VE Board Past President Beth Whitmire will present her expertise from managing past large events:  a World Cup Soccer Match, a Super Bowl, and a Winter Olympics, and in her current role with over 1600 volunteer shifts a week.
