AL!VE at National Conference on Volunteering & Service
AL!VE recently attended the 2010 National Conference on Volunteering and Service convened by Points of Light Institute and the Corporation for National and Community Service, with local conveners NYC Service and New Yorkers Volunteer. AL!VE board members led a workshop on Recognizing Our Worth: Advocating for the Profession of Volunteer Resource Management at the Advanced Volunteer Management Institute and hosted a Career Development and Networking Opportunities session for Volunteer Managers workshop during the conference.
