Facilitators Faiza Venzant, CVA, and Tony Richardson, CVA, will guide participants through the Identity Signs exercise and discussions belonging in volunteers. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to rethink and reframe their approaches to volunteering.

Building on the morning’s reflections, this interactive session focuses on creating welcoming and inclusive environments for volunteers. Participants will analyze their organization’s volunteer engagement practices, identify barriers to belonging, and explore opportunities for growth using the Equity Practice Framework.
