Stephen founded the theory of Servant Learning and leads the Learning Lunchbox initiative — a global STEM outreach model developed in partnership with the White House, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Energy that has distributed 350,000+ educational kits. His work blends servant leadership, partnerships, and practical solutions to workforce and education gaps.
