Many of us have received equity training geared towards leaders of volunteers. But how do we provide similar training to the volunteers themselves? As we work to create welcoming spaces of inclusion and belonging, it is necessary to align volunteers with our goals. Join us for a conversation about how to invite volunteers into the work of creating the inclusive culture we want to see in our organizations.

Unlike AL!VE Academies, the CARE Convening will not be recorded in order to foster a space for free discussion and exploration within a community agreement structure.
