Volunteer programs have been hit by COVID-19 in a myriad of ways, resulting in tough decisions. When you need to advocate up the chain – whether seeking additional financing, program expansion or trying to save your program’s very existence – you must garner leadership support. Join us and learn how to develop the infrastructure you need to champion your program, and leave with tips and techniques to help you:
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Get in the room
  • Strengthen your communications with leadership
AL!VE Academies are FREE for AL!VE Members; $25 for the General Public.  (membership is as low as $50 per year for an individual and will allow you access to 12 months of AL!VE Academies PLUS nearly three years worth of previous academies.  Learn more here:
