About the speaker:
Jordanya Reeves, CVA

Jordanya Reeves, CVA, is a passionate advocate for volunteerism and the transformative power of community engagement. Based in New Mexico, she serves as Partner and Engagement Manager for TD Mindpower at TD Bank — a skilled volunteer program that connects TD employees in Analytics, Insights, and Artificial Intelligence with nonprofit organizations across North America. Through TD Mindpower, Jordanya helps nonprofits tackle complex challenges and harness data-driven decision-making to deepen their impact. Jordanya holds the Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) credential, reflecting her commitment to excellence in the field. She has built volunteer programs from the ground up and actively trains and mentors fellow practitioners to help the profession grow. A recognized leader in volunteer engagement, Jordanya currently serves as President of AL!VE (Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement), the national organization dedicated to advancing volunteer management as a profession. In this role, she champions initiatives to elevate and support volunteer engagement professionals across the country and around the globe. Jordanya believes deeply that the world becomes a better place when people answer the call to serve — and she has dedicated her career to making that vision a reality.
