Take the next step in your career as a leader of volunteers and become certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA).

Leaders in non-profit organizations and community groups increasingly understand that volunteers can be a critical resource for delivering on a mission. Effective people management and community engagement is imperative – whether they be paid or unpaid. As a result, employers expect that those individuals tasked with mobilizing and coordinating volunteer engagement demonstrate a thorough knowledge of effective practices and an understanding of how to apply that knowledge in support of real-world organizational priorities.

Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is an international professional certification in the field of volunteer resources management
In this session, you will learn about the CCVA, why certification may be right to you, how the exam is created, what the application, preparation, and certification process is, and when you will be ready.

Service Enterprise - Success Stories From the Field:
It's been a little over a year since AL!VE began administering the Service Enterprise Program.  If you've not heard Service Enterprise, or would like to know 'how it's going', come and listen to learn more!  Join AL!VE’s National Service Enterprise Administrator and some Volunteer Engagement Professionals with Service Enterprise accredited organizations from across the country.

Together we will learn about this organizational change management program that helps entities practice strategic volunteer engagement and achieve national accreditation. To learn about the research-backed characteristics of Service Enterprises and strategic volunteer engagement, you will hear from organizations about tangible and replicable ways that they are putting the characteristics into action. We will connect you with Service Enterprise Training and Implementation Partners nationwide when you are ready to explore how your organization can begin its Service Enterprise transformation.
