AL!VE's Presenter Bootcamp will help you elevate your public speaking skills through a 6-week program designed to turn your ideas into compelling narratives, translate in-person training into engaging virtual experiences, and more. The program is offered annually each Spring and is available only to AL!VE members.
  • The next AL!VE Presenter Bootcamp kicks off Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 12:00-1:00 pm (central time) and wraps up on Friday, February 27, 2026.
  • Weekly training and networking sessions (January 20-February 13) are Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:00-1:00 pm (central time); participant presentations are 12:00-1:30 pm (central time) Tuesdays and Fridays from February 17-February 27.
  • Registration is limited to 24 AL!VE members in good standing.

By the end of the AL!VE Presenter Bootcamp, participants will gain:
  • Enhanced Presentation Skills: Gain confidence and polish in public speaking through coaching, practice, and evaluator feedback.
  • Improved Audience Engagement Techniques: Learn strategies to connect with diverse audiences and keep them engaged throughout a presentation.
  • Refined Personal Branding: Develop a compelling personal brand that reflects your values, strengths, and professional identity.
  • Practical Presentation Experience: Deliver extended presentations with real-time feedback in a supportive environment.
  • Collaborative Learning and Peer Support: Participate in weekly Community of Practice discussions to share insights, challenges, and successes.
  • Constructive Feedback from Experts:  Receive tailored input from facilitators and evaluators to strengthen delivery and content.
  • Expanded Professional Network:  Build connections with fellow participants, facilitators, and AL!VE volunteers across sectors.
  • Contribution to Program Improvement:  Share feedback that helps shape future Bootcamp iterations and volunteer development efforts.
