AL!VE Impact Award Nominations are open July 13th through August 7th, 2026

Upon submission, a member of the awards committee will reach out to the nominee with a link to complete the full application. This is a two part process, this form is the first step. Nominee MUST fill out the questionnaire form (separate from this nomination form) to complete nomination and be judged - due by Aug 21st (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you submitted a nomination for someone else, please ensure they are informed of the nomination and are aware of the requirement to complete the full application. Nominator will receive a copy of the submission as well as the nominee.

This is for US residents only. Past winners are not eligible to win the same award twice. 

There will be 3 winners in each of the two categories. Winners will be announced at the Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference on October 20, 2026.

Nominator will receive a copy of the nomination, and nominee will receive an email they were nominated after you submit.

The final page will give you a review of the information you input, then you will need to confirm and submit to finalize the nomination. 

The nominee will be contacted via the provided email to complete the questionnaire for the nomination to be judged. Questionnaire forms are due August 21st - no exceptions. Questionnaire's will be emailed out on Friday of the week of nomination.
