Registration for the Spring 2026 AL!VE CVA Study Group opens on December 1, 2025. The 9-week study group will kick-off with an introduction to study
resources session on Wednesday, January 21st at 12pm EST.
Registration opens on December 1st for the Spring 2026 AL!VE CVA Study Group. The CVA study group is a member benefit from AL!VE open to all AL!VE members preparing for the Spring 2026 exam. The study group is led by facilitators who have earned their CVA certification; guest speakers from a variety of industries and sectors present weekly topics.
On January 21st @ 12 PM EST the group will meet to review the study resources and discuss an overview of chapters one and two of the textbook, Volunteer Administration: Professional Practice, 4th edition. The remaining 8 sessions will be held every Wednesday at 12:00pm ET for eight weeks from February 4, 2026. Each session will be based on reading 1-2 chapters of the CVA textbook, discussing those chapters, and reviewing sample scenarios. To participate in the remaining 8 study sessions, you must be an AL!VE member.
