AL!VE Emails Going to Spam
We have learned that some AL!VE emails are being filtered into spam or junk folders and we are actively working to correct it.We have learned that some AL!VE emails are being filtered into spam or junk folders, causing members, partners, volunteers to miss important communications, announcements, program updates, and opportunities.
We are actively working to improve email deliverability. In the meantime we encourage you to periodically check your spam/junk folder and mark AL!VE emails as "Not Spam" when you find them. Adding AL!VE to your contacts or safe sender list can also help ensure our messages arrive in your inbox. However, we have also heard that even if you mark it not spam after a few weeks it defaults back to spam, so you may need to check periodically.
If you have recently sent an email to an AL!VE team member and didn't get a response, feel free to text us at 407-504-1438 to ensure we received it or if you have their direct contact info, you can contact them directly.
