AL!VE Professional Development Webinar - Volunteer Engagement, Pyramid Style July 14, 10:30 am Pacific/1:30 pm Eastern
7/14/2015

Event Description
Volunteer Engagement Pyramid-Style
July 14, 10:30 am Pacific, 1:30 pm Eastern

What’s “pyramid style”?  It’s a different framework for volunteer engagement that helps you assess what’s working well in your program and what needs attention. Rather than focus on tactics for issues like retention, the pyramid facilitates those “aha” moments when you realize just where you need to focus and who needs to support you along the way.
This webinar walks you through the pyramid, with actions to take at each stage to strengthen the volunteer-volunteer manager relationship.  After the webinar, participants will receive a pyramid assessment checklist to apply the principles to their own programs.  Past pyramid users have shared this model with co-workers to foster more staff engagement and place volunteer management within a larger, more meaningful context.
