Individual Registrations
This registration option is for US and/or International participants (with he exception of Canadian residents) to attend the conference with our online community. We encourage you to first find a host site near you to participate in person to build connection and network. AL!VE members will be invoiced.
Host Site Registrations
Bring together groups of volunteer managers and professionals to watch the broadcast together, collaborate in facilitated workgroups, and engage in meaningful discussions with their peers.

Event Structure
Our current streaming event will consist of four 20 minute presentations, local discussion in smaller groups, followed by a moderated discussion with the other presenters, including responding to questions from the audience.The broadcast will be streamed live in the United States and Canada, with an average audience of more than 1000 each year. In order to participate, you will need an internet connection strong enough to handle audio/video streaming and adequate computer or external speakers.

How Does It Work?
Once you register and we receive payment, You will receive an email confirmation with details regarding the event. A few days closer to the event, we will send you a unique link to log on to the conference and the handbook full or resources to add to the overall conference experience. You may register for any time zone that is convenient to you, the content for October 28 or 29 will be the same. Individual registrants will be assigned to small group discussion 'virtual tables' the day of the conference depending on registrations. We will try to assign you to tables depending on your geographic area and/or your affinity group, so please be sure and fill out all the questions to help us assign you to your group.
Registration and Payment Policy
Registration begins August 4 and ends October 24.
$60 USD for USA/International* general public registrants
$50 for AL!VE members

Please note the cost is for one person's participation in the event. If you have a group of 10 or more, consider applying as a host site here.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Prior to September 1, 2025 will receive a full refund, without penalty.
September 1 - October 4, 2025 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after October 4, 2025 will not be eligible for any refund.
